2. Draw Overview

MATCHMAGNET LIMITED operates online Draws in which eligible participants may receive a gift card from various third-party brands ("Prize"). Third-party brands do not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Draws. We purchase the gift cards ourselves and offer them as Prizes. Participation is free. No purchase, subscription, payment, or financial transaction is required.

Winners are selected randomly among verified eligible participants who have completed all required steps.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

4. How to Participate in the Draw

4.1 Registration & Consent

You must submit your contact details via the Website and confirm your consent to:

• participate in the Draw;
• receive email and SMS communications (and, where applicable, telephone communications);
• allow processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
• allow sharing of your personal information with business partners for marketing and promotional purposes, where permitted and where applicable consent has been provided.

4.2 Questionnaire / Participation Form

You must answer the questions presented on the Website and submit the form. You must provide accurate and complete information. We may reject any participation containing false, misleading, incomplete, or suspicious answers.

5. Draw Period

Unless otherwise indicated on the Website for a given Draw:

• Registrations open in December 2024; and
• Registrations end on December 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.

No participation will be accepted after the closing date. We reserve the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Draw (in whole or in part), at any time, where permitted by law.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Upon the Draw's closing:

• All eligible participants will be included in the draw;
• Winners will be selected randomly (e.g., random number generator);
• The draw may be conducted during an online livestream for transparency purposes.

Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS/phone using the contact details provided.

Response Time

If a selected winner does not respond within 14 days, we may select an alternate winner using the same random method.

Verification

We may require verification of identity, age, and residence before Prize delivery. If verification is not provided or fails, the Prize may be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

7. Prizes (Gift Cards)

The Prize is a gift card purchased by MATCHMAGNET LIMITED, whose brand and value are indicated on the Website at the time of registration.

No Cash Redemption

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Substitution

If the announced gift card becomes unavailable, we may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once the gift card is delivered (digitally or otherwise), we are not responsible for:

• lost or stolen gift cards;
• unauthorized use;
• redemption issues caused by the third-party issuer;
• user errors (incorrect email or phone provided).

Expiry, Fees & Provincial Rules
